Father God,
As I sat yesterday and reflected on another year of life You have blessed me with, I look back and remember exactly what you pulled me out of….complete darkness.
Thinking there was no way out of the horrible situation I got myself in. But Lord, your grace and mercies came right into my jail cell and shined your radiant light into the darkness.
My life took a complete 180 from what I thought life was about, to a life full of joy and goodness.
Thank you, Lord,
My prayer today, as I was just blessed with 59 years of life yesterday, is that all who have seen your radiant light through their darkness, take your light and help others see through theirs. It will be the very best thing we could ever do for anyone.
Thank you, Lord Jesus,
For sending that someone to shine your light on me in my darkness.
