Amen!!! Amen!!! Amen!!!

Father God,
I’ve witnessed on many occasions what placing our full trust in you can do in our lives.  My prayer is for the ones who struggle with this, they want to, but situations keep getting in their way.  It’s one excuse after another;
I’m too busy
I’m too tired
I don’t feel good
It’s too late for me
I’m too old
I’m too young
The church would burn down if I walked in it, lol that’s the one I used!
When I hear some of the excuses of why the people don’t come to your house, Lord, I ask myself this question; What would this world be like if you Lord Jesus would have done the same?
What if… you didn’t feel like sacrificing yourself for our sinful nature?
What if …you didn’t feel like shining your mercy on me that day in my court hearing?
Put your day in that spot friends.
Where would we all be now?

Father, my prayer today is that we that proclaim to be Christians, totally putting ourselves aside, just as you did for us.  Coming to live fully for you, just as you do for us.  Because until we do this,
we will never experience that true peace and joy that you have to give us.

Thank you, Lord Jesus!
