Please lift my dear friend Jennifer Boegemann up in your prayers.
She is only 42 years old and woke up without her vision. She’s been in the ER undergoing extensive testing for over a day and a half, and right now the only thing doctors know is that her optic nerve is severely inflamed. They’ve started steroids to try to reduce the inflammation, and they are working tirelessly to find the root cause and restore her sight.
Jennifer is a loving mother, a devoted wife, and an incredible friend. This has turned her world—and her family’s world—upside down in an instant.
Please pray for:
• Healing over her optic nerve and full restoration of her vision
• Wisdom and clarity for the doctors to quickly identify the cause
• Strength, peace, and comfort for Jennifer and her family during this unimaginable time
God, we ask for Your healing hand to be over Jennifer. Surround her with peace, guide every medical decision, and bring light back into her eyes. Hold her close in this moment of fear and uncertainty, and remind her she is not alone.
